Abundance journaling is a lot of fun! It’s a perfect way to discover who you are and to initiate a plan to achieve a life that you desire. A wonderful side benefit of this type of journaling is that you’ll immediately feel a boost of abundance in your heart, which will accelerate the whole process. That’s what makes it so fun!
How Abundance Journaling Works
Let’s look at five components that make up the Abundance Formula to gain an understanding of how each of them can be achieved simply through abundance journaling.
1. Dissolve Your Lack Mentality
You can use your journal to help you dissolve your lack mentality. For example, you could use a gratitude list, a manifestation list, abundance affirmations, and a log of how you would spend your money if you had an unending amount to get you out of a lack mentality and into a mindset of abundance.
2. Stop waiting for all or nothing
You can use your journal to set daily intentions. These can be small, simple steps that will keep you moving forward versus feeling like you have to wait until everything is lined up perfectly to start.
3. Focus on your blessings; release your complaints
Writing down what you are grateful for in your journal each morning and/or night is one of the best ways to count your blessings. You can also write down mantras that will help you release your complaints. Things like I release this (fill-in-the-blank-irritation/problem) and I go free to enjoy the blessings in my life.
4. Draft clear intentions
There are so many fun ways to jot down your intentions using an abundance journal. For example, you could set a few intentions at the beginning of each day, week, and/or month. You might want to create a be/do/have list (listing out what you want to be, do and have). You can even break up your intentions into subject areas corresponding to different areas of your life and work.
5. Be consistent
An abundance journal is one of the most effective ways to keep yourself consistent on your journey to abundance because it’s a fun way to interact with abundance and create it in your life. It often works best to create a schedule for your journaling. For instance, you might write what you intend and want to manifest each morning and then write down what you are grateful for each night.
Abundance journaling can be the catalyst that ignites a storm of positivity, abundance, and forward movement into your life. It’s one of the most enjoyable ways to make your dreams come true!
Have fun with it and let it become an extension of who you are as an individual by bringing your own authentic expression to it.
Make sure you date your pages and keep your journals when you complete them, because when you read back over them years later, you’ll probably be amazed at all the wonderful transformations that took place in your life since you started abundance journaling.
